The staff was helpful. They addressed all my questions promptly. The room had a large, firm bed, and I slept well. The hotel provides free coffee and snacks in the lobby around the clock. I also used the complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, making it difficult to rinse thoroughly.

the room faced a busy road and the noise was constant (even with earplugs). the air conditioning unit was quite loud as well. the noise issues significantly impacted my ability to rest.
